Marele succes de pe The Game este prima piesa Queen care a ajuns pe locul 1 in topul american. Cu un ritm care debordeaza de energie, o orchestratie originala (Freddie il acompaniaza pe Brian la chitara) si o melodie usor influentata de stilul rock'n'roll a la Elvis, piesa trateaza subiectul iubirii, de data aceasta dintr-o perspectiva simpatica: un lucru marunt, neinsemnat ("little thing"), care ii schimba complet pe oameni, apropiindu-i de o nebunie sufleteasca ("crazy"). Oricum, sentimentul acesta este destul de cudat si omul nu prea stie ce sa faca pentru a-l tine sub control ("I just can't handle it"). In final, trebuie sa joace dupa regulile iubirii ("I must get round to it"), chiar daca nu se simte pregatit ("I ain't ready- crazy little thing called love").
