Luminoasa, dinamica, optimista, plina de viata, acestea sunt doar cateva calitati pe care le are piesa scrisa de Freddie si care face parte din albumul bucuriei de a trai, "JAZZ"-ul. Adevarata infuzie de voie buna, de entuziasm, de elan si de prospetime, "Don't Stop Me Now" spune un mesaj clar: nu ma opri acum, pentru ca ma simt atat de bine, ma simt de parca as da un bal! ("don't stop me now, I'm having such a good time, I'm having a ball!")

Daca mesajul nu este prea complicat, imaginile folosite sunt deosebit de plastice si de simpatice totodata: "I'm a shooting star leaping through the sky like a tiger- defying the laws of gravity", "I'm a racing car", "I'm a satellite", "I'm a rocket ship on my way to Mars", "I'm a sex machine, ready to reload". Universul devine un nesfarsit spatiu de joaca, in care diversele roluri sunt asumate pe rand, intr-o cursa nebuna- "burnin' through the sky two hundred degrees that's why they call me Mister Fahrenheit".Iar exuberanta este molipsitoare, oricine se apropie de personajul nostru va deveni, cu siguranta, si el, "supersonic"!

Constructia melodica este dinamica si luminoasa, iar ritmul este extraordinar, dand intr-adevar senzatia de veselie nestavilita.

Videoclipul are un montaj la fel de dinamic ca si ritmul piesei si ii prezinta pe cei patru cantand intr-un decor ce seamana cu cel de la concerte, continand si un rarisim cadru cu Brian zambind (ceea ce se intampla destul de rar in concerte si videoclipuri, va spunem noi!).
