Luata in contextul istoriei formatiei, "Made in Heaven"- ultima piesa scrisa de Freddie- poate fi interpretata ca un act emotionant si constient de ramas bun fata de o lume "fabricata in paradis" (dar "heaven" are o nuanta mai spirituala decat "paradise"). Viata si lumea sunt, cu adevarat, frumoase, dincolo de bucurii si necazuri ("living in painful memories, loving with all my heart", "when stormy weather comes around, it was made in heaven, when sunny skies break through behind the clouds, I wish it could last forever"), iar omul trebuie sa-si asume soarta: "taking my role in destiny, willing to play my part", "it was really meant to be".

Ca si in "These Are The Days Of Our Lives", viziunea este una extraordinar de senina, sugerand impacare cu soarta, iar linia melodica este lirica si dramatica totodata, tensionata de ritmul bateriei lui Roger, care domina piesa. Sentimentul pe care il trezeste muzica este unul sfasietor de trist, fara motiv, aproape un regret asimilat extazului trait in fata frumusetii lumii. Si cum sa nu fie frumoasa o lume de care stii prea bine ca ai sa te desparti curand?...
